Bring your watchlist over from TV Time because all that time was precious. The TV Time Out by Refract Chrome extension exports your shows as JSON; Televise picks them up on your iPhone — every show, every status, every episode you've already ticked off.

Series only — TV Time Out by Refract also exports movies, but Televise is a TV-show tracker so the movies file is ignored. Open the JSON in Files on iOS when prompted, select the tv shows JSON and Televise picks it up automatically.
